|Description:||Assist Kitchen Manager with daily breakfast buffet, banquets, and daily Evening Social dinner by serving hotel guests in an efficient, friendly manner.|
|Duties:||Prepare food, cook, place food on buffet lines, clean breakfast areas, wipe tables, re-stock food in breakfast or other catering functions. Washing dishes is required. Stock food products in kitchen from deliveries. Help guests with their needs or questions. Cleans dining areas, vacuum, mopping and other duties as needed.|
|Qualifications:||Must be dependable, MUST BE ABLE TO REPORT TO WORK AT 5:00 a.m. until duties are concluded, usually until 11:00 a.m for breakfast. 4:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. for Evening Social dinner shifts. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Food handlers permit required. Experience in food preparation or other food service work experience a plus. Ability to handle a variety of tasks, maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor.|
